1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 large onion, sliced

Cheese (Cheez Whiz, provolone, or American)

2 hoagie rolls

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: sautéed peppers, mushrooms, or hot peppers

Prepare the Steak: Freeze the ribeye for about 30 minutes for easier slicing. Thinly slice it against the grain.
