1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 burger buns
4 slices cheese (your choice)
1/2 cup chopped pickles
1/2 cup chopped onions

Make the baconnaise: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Form the patties: Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and form into small, thin patties.
Cook the patties: Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are crispy and browned.
Assemble the burgers: Place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt for a few minutes. Place the patties on the bottom buns and top with chopped bacon, pickles, onions, and baconnaise.
