  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved or quartered
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  1. Marinate the Brussels Sprouts

    • In a gallon-sized zip-top bag or a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, paprika, and garlic salt.
    • Add the halved or quartered Brussels sprouts to the bag. Seal it and shake well to evenly coat the sprouts.
    • Refrigerate overnight for maximum flavor.
  2. Roast to Perfection

    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
    • Spread the marinated Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet.
    • Roast for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and caramelized on the edges.
  3. Serve and Enjoy

    • Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy warm.
    • Optional: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or a drizzle of balsamic glaze for extra flavor!

Tip: These are so good you might not want to share!
