Loaded Baked Potato Casserole

5 lbs Baking Potatoes

8 oz Sour Cream

1 cup Mayonnaise

1⁄2 cup Onion (Chopped)

1⁄2 cup Bacon Bits

1⁄2 cup Butter (Melted)

1 oz Ranch Dressing Mix

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400º F / 200º C.

Scrub potatoes and prick with a fork.

Bake 1 hour and let potatoes cool.

Cut the potatoes into chunks.

Preheat oven to 350º F / 170º C.

Melt the butter in the microwave. In a large bowl, combine butter, sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, ranch dressing mix, and bacon bits.

Stir until well mixed.

Add potatoes and toss until coated.

Spoon potatoes into a baking dish.

Bake for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
