– 1/4 cup butter, melted

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Place cod fillets in the prepared baking dish.
3. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the butter mixture over the cod fillets.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
