ingredients:
°250g flour (2 cups)
° 2 12 teaspoons of baking powder
° 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
° 1 tablespoon of sugar
°115g butter (12 cups)
° a pinch of salt
°180ml milk/milk Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
To prepare:
Take a bowl
Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar
Add the butter and make a crumbly dough
Add milk

Placing dough on a floured work surface
Put the dough for two minutes
We put the dough on a baking tray
Roll out the dough so that the dough is 15 cm by 15 cm (6 by 6 in).
Cut into 12 equal parts – do not tear
cook for 15 minutes (check with a knife)
Separate the biscuits and serve hot
