Juicy Garlic Butter Chicken in a Golden Skillet Glaze

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup chicken broth (or dry white wine)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions:

Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium-low and add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, being careful not to brown it.

Add chicken broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter sauce over the top. Let it simmer together for 2-3 minutes to reheat the chicken and infuse flavor.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
