2 large eggs
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional for garnish)
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional for garnish)

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Mix the Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
Mix the Wet Ingredients:
