– 1 big block of Velveeta
– 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese
– 1 can cream of chicken soup
– 1 can Rotel Tomatoes with chilies
– 2.25 pounds ground beef
– 1 box of bowtie noodles

1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
2. In a crockpot, combine the cooked ground beef, Velveeta, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel Tomatoes.
3. Set the crockpot on low heat and cook for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally to help the cheeses melt and blend together.
4. While the mixture is cooking, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the bowtie noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
5. After 2-3 hours, once the cheese mixture is fully melted and smooth, stir in the cooked bowtie noodles.
6. Mix well, making sure the noodles are evenly coated in the cheesy sauce.
7. Let the crockpot continue to cook on low for an additional 10-15 minutes to ensure the noodles absorb some of the flavors.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
