Ingredients:
4 cups frozen tater tots
1 pound lean ground beef (instead of pork sausage)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper (for that speckled gravy look)

Instructions:
Bake tater tots according to package directions until crispy and golden.
