Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the cranberry glaze. In a small saucepan, combine the cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the cranberry glaze over them. Toss the meatballs gently to coat them evenly with the glaze.
Serve the cranberry glazed meatballs hot, garnished with additional chopped parsley if desired.
