1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and the egg until smooth.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
5. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together.
6. Fill each muffin liner halfway with the batter. Sprinkle a small amount of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
7. Add another layer of batter to each liner, filling them about 3/4 full. Top with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.

10. While the muffins are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing the powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
11. Once the muffins are done, let them cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring them to a wire rack.
