Chicken Mushroom Stroganoff

1 lb chicken breast, sliced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
12 oz egg noodles
Fresh parsley for garnish

Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent. Add mushrooms and cook until browned.
Push veggies to the side, add chicken, and cook until no longer pink.
Sprinkle flour and paprika over the mixture, stirring well. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring until thickened.
Lower heat and mix in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve over egg noodles, garnished with parsley
