Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
4 large tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cup diced tomatoes
½ cup pickles (optional)
Ketchup and mustard for serving
Directions:
Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat and add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and remove from heat.
Prepare the Wraps:
Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Divide the cooked beef evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each. Top each with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
Add Fresh Ingredients:
Sprinkle shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on top of the cheese. Add pickles if desired for an extra crunch.
Wrap it Up:
Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll from the bottom up to enclose the filling tightly.
Heat the Wraps:
In the same skillet, place the wraps seam side down and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortillas are golden and the cheese has melted.
Serve:
Cut the wraps in half and serve with ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping. Enjoy your Cheesy Bacon Burger Wraps!
