Cook the Pasta:
Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season the Proteins:
In a medium bowl, toss the steak pieces with 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning.
In another bowl, season the shrimp with 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning.
Cook the Steak:
In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium-high heat. Add steak and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed, and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Set aside with the steak.
Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In the skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and remaining Cajun seasoning, stirring until smooth and thickened, 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Combine Everything:
Add the pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Add steak and shrimp, tossing gently until everything is well combined and heated through.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of extra Parmesan if desired.
