– 2 cups cooked white rice
– 1/2 pound smoked sausage (chicken or turkey), sliced
– 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 stalks celery, chopped
– 1 green bell pepper, diced
– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
– 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, sauté onion, celery, and bell pepper until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
3. Stir in chopped cabbage, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the cabbage begins to wilt, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Return the sausage to the skillet and add the chicken broth. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Stir in the cooked rice and cook until heated through. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
