These Boozy Pineapple Dole Whips are a fun copycat spin on the Disney favorite! Made in minutes, they are a great party drink/dessert and perfect for a hot day!
Ingredients:
Two (20 oz cans) crushed pineapple undrained
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
Juice of one lime
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
1¼ cups pineapple vodka may substitute with rum; coconut rum would be fantastic!
8 ounces (One 8-ounce tub) Cool Whip frozen (may substitute with vanilla ice cream or pineapple sherbet)
Instructions
In a blender, add in the crushed pineapple, granulated sugar, lime juice, and vanilla extract if using. Blend for about 30 seconds until combined. Add in the vodka and Cool Whip, breaking apart the Cool Whip if needed, and blend again for about 1-2 minutes or until smooth and combined.
Divide among 3-4 glasses (this recipe made 3 mason jars) and serve immediately, OR if you prefer a thicker, soft-serve-like texture, freeze for up to 3 hours before serving.
