1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
4 oz cream cheese, cubed and chilled

Preheat the Oven:
Set oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Make the Dough:
Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until smooth. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in blueberries and white chocolate chips.
Add Cream Cheese Cubes:
Gently fold chilled cream cheese cubes into the dough. Do not overmix.
Shape and Bake:
Scoop tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden.
