2 slices of thick bread (Texas toast or brioche works well)

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

1 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp mustard

1 tsp ketchup

1 slice cheddar cheese

1 slice American cheese

2 pickle slices

Salt and pepper to taste

Butter for cooking

Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, salt, and pepper.

Make the Sauce: In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup. Set aside.

Dip the Bread: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.

Cook the Bread: Place the bread in the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
