Berrylicious Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake

2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups whipped cream
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup strawberry jam

In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the cheesecake base.
In another bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped cream, ensuring the mixture stays light and airy.
Spread half of the cream mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
Arrange a layer of sliced fresh strawberries over the cream mixture, ensuring the layer is even.
Drizzle the strawberry jam over the strawberry layer for added sweetness and flavor.
Spread the remaining cream mixture over the strawberry layer, smoothing it out evenly.
Add another layer of sliced strawberries on top and garnish with more crushed graham crackers and whole strawberries for a beautiful presentation.
Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4–6 hours or until fully set.
