1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Prepare Shrimp: Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the greased baking dish. Season them lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Make Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. Drizzle this mixture evenly over the shrimp.
Add the Topping: In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and half of the parsley. Sprinkle this mixture generously over the shrimp.
Bake to Perfection: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and the topping is golden brown and crispy.
Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with the remaining parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges or over pasta or rice.
