Angel Beef Casserole

1 pound ground beef

1 onion, chopped

1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

1 can (15 oz) mixed vegetables, drained (or fresh veggies)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups cooked egg noodles

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook Beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is cooked through. Drain excess fat.

Mix Ingredients: Stir in the tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.

Combine with Noodles: In a large bowl, combine the beef mixture with the cooked egg noodles and sour cream. Mix well.

Bake: Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Cook: Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
