1 package devil’s food chocolate or German chocolate cake mix
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar caramel topping
1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip
4-5 Snickers bars (or you can use Skor, Heath bar, or mini Reese’s)
Directions:
Bake the Cake:

Prepare the cake mix according to the package directions and bake in a 9×13 inch pan.
Allow the cake to cool for about 5 minutes.
Poke Holes:
Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake.
Add Sweetened Condensed Milk and Caramel:
Let the cake cool for about 30 minutes until warm.
Slowly pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake, allowing it to soak into the holes.
Drizzle the caramel topping over the cake.
Cool the Cake:
Let the cake cool completely. You can refrigerate it to speed up the cooling process, just be sure to cover it well.
Top with Cool Whip and Candy:
Once the cake is completely cooled, spread the Cool Whip evenly over the top.
Decorate with chopped Snickers bars (or your choice of candy) and drizzle more caramel on top.
