Blackberry Ricotta Basil Pizza


– 1 lb pizza dough

– 1 cup fresh blackberries

– 1 cup ricotta cheese

– 1/4 cup honey

– 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

– 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

– 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

– Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Roll out the pizza dough and place on a baking sheet.

3. In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, honey, and balsamic vinegar.

4. Spread the ricotta mixture on the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

5. Top with fresh blackberries and basil leaves.

6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.

7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
