White Pizza with Garlic Pizza Sauce

1 pre-made pizza crust

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Preheat oven according to pizza crust package instructions.

In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Stir well and simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat.

Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the garlic cream sauce evenly over the crust.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, then dollop small spoonfuls of ricotta cheese on top.

Bake according to pizza crust package instructions, typically 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Slice and serve hot.
