DUTCH APPLE BREAD

Dutch Apple Bread produced using scratch with margarine, sugar, and new apples. Astonishing flavor in this apple fast bread formula finished off with a cinnamon streusel and sprinkled with warm vanilla coating.

Ingredients :

3 tablespoons of butter

2 tablespoons of brown sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon of vanilla

A cup of flour

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1/2 teaspoon of salt

A cup of buttermilk

A bowl with a capacity of

1/4 liter a chopped peeled apple

A cup of walnuts, finely chopped

2 tablespoons of cassone

3 / 4-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions :

Mix the flour, sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon well.

2 – Grease a 9x5x3 loaf pan.

3 – In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar.

4 – Beat the eggs and vanilla.

5 – Mix the flour, the baking soda, and the salt and incorporate the cream mixture alternately with the buttermilk.

Stir in the apples and nuts.

6 – Pour into the prepared mold and sprinkle evenly over the bread.

7 – Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted into the bread comes out clean.

8 – Let cool in the mold for 10 minutes before allowing it to cool completely on a rack.

9 – Combine the flour, sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon well.

10 – Cut the butter until the mixture is crumbly.
