For the Crust:

1 Box of Graham Cracker Crumbs

3/4 Cup of Melted Butter

1/3 Cup of Granulated Sugar

For the Filling:

Two 8oz Bars of Cream Cheese (at Room Temp)

1 Cup of Powdered Sugar

2 TSP of Vanilla Extract

8oz Tub of Cool Whip (Defrosted)

21oz Can of Strawberry Pie Filling

Other Supplies Needed:

2 Mixing Bowls

Mixing Spoon or Electric Mixer (on Low)

Ungreased 9″x13″ Baking Dish

Spatula

Foil

Directions

For the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the box of graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar.
  3. Pour the mixture into the baking dish
  4. Press the crust down evenly around the dish to create a “crust”
  5. Bake for 10 minutes
  6. Allow baked crust to cool

For the Filling:

  1. n a mixing bowl, mix the room-temp cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar
  2. Fold in the defrosted Cool Whip (or mix with an electric mixer on low speed)
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust
  4. Spread the Strawberry Pie Filling over the cream cheese mixture
  5. Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 3 hours
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy!
