Farmer’s Casserole is a recipe I make for a nice weekend breakfast almost every month. It’s very simple to put together! I like that I can prepare it ahead of time and freeze it for a rainy day.

Recently, I’ve been making a lot of simple ham and egg breakfast recipes, such as Eggs Benedict and Ham & Egg Baked Taquitos. Although it’s delicious, Farmer’s Casserole remains my favorite quick and easy breakfast dish.

A brown crust, a fluffy egg layer, and a delicious blend are the three main ingredients in this breakfast egg casserole. It makes no difference whether you make this casserole ahead of time or cook it fresh in the morning to treat your family. This simple breakfast casserole is sure to become a favorite of yours as well! It is, without a doubt, the best breakfast dish amongst friends.
