Fettuccine is tossed in a creamy crab sauce!
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 medium garlic clove, minced
8 ounces crab meat
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
12 ounces fettuccine, cooked and drained
1 tablespoon chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 – Melt the butter in a large skillet; add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add the crab, cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Heat, stirring constantly, until blended.
2 – Add the hot cooked noodles to the sauce. Toss lightly and serve immediately.
3 – Garnish with chopped parsley.
